Termination of user account

Hello.

In April 2018, we informed you about the process of realigning our company's legal structure and the related changes to the End User Licensing Agreement for CrossFire Europe, the Terms of Use for Smilegate Services and the Smilegate Privacy Policy.

In connection with this, we have kindly asked you to express your consent to the amendments to the End User Licensing Agreement for CrossFire Europe, the Terms of Use for Smilegate Services and the Smilegate Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, until today, we have not received your consent.

Therefore, we unfortunately have to terminate the End User Licensing Agreement for CrossFire Europe with you in accordance with clause 8 lit. c. of the Terms of Use for Smilegate Services with effect as from the midnight of 4 weeks from today, since your contracting party Smilegate Games GmbH already discontinued its business operations since 5 August 2018. Your account will be cancelled accordingly.

However, we would be delighted if you stayed a member of the Smilegate community.

Therefore, you are hereby offered an ultimate possibility to express your consent to the amendments to the End User Licensing Agreement for CrossFire Europe, the Terms of Use for Smilegate Services and the Smilegate Privacy Policy.
