What is the 7767 message, and why can't I login on the website?
The 7767 message is an indicator to both the player and GM staff there is an issue with the account in question. As specified in the 7767 message you received please email
accountadmin@sgiwest.com for more assistance with this issue. Neither 1:1 Support nor in-game staff will be able to assist players further with this message. Please be patient: all support emails are addressed in the order in which they were received (first come, first served basis).

Is there any charge to play the games listed on GameRage, or any limit to the "Free to Play" areas and content?
Not at all! There are no account creation fees, or fees required to play any of our games. Account registration and game play is completely free of charge without any attachments or commitments.

Not at all. All our games are completely free to play, with no limit to the amount of time you can play.

If the games and services are free, why do you have a recharge feature?
Rage Points (or RP) can be used to improve, customize or enhance your gaming experience with cool in-game items and other features.

RagePoints are points that can be purchased using one of the methods listed on our website. These points can be used to improve, customize or enhance your gaming experience with cool in-game items and other features. I play one of the GameRage games. Can I use my RagePoints in a different GameRage game?
Yes you sure can! RagePoints may be used for any game published by SG Interactive, unless otherwise specified. (We often have contests and tournaments that are specific to individual games. RagePoints won during those events will not transfer between games)

Please be sure to properly configure or temporarily disable any access restriction programs, such as firewalls and antivirus applications, as they may interfere with your game connection. Depending on the location you are playing from, and you r internet service provider, the games may experience increased latency or disconnects as well as unavailability. If you have further questions about connecting, please submit a 1:1 Support Report by logging into our website.

Why does it say "Access Restricted: Region Blocked"?
Due to licensing agreements, certain regions which may already have a local release of a GameRage game, will be blocked from accessing our version. Please visit the FAQ section for our individual games to ensure your region is supported.

The game patch is not working. What should I do?
As with many connection issues, first you should be sure to properly configure or temporarily disable any access restriction programs, such as firewalls and anti-virus applications. If the patch appears to download successfully, but does not allow you to enter the game, your ISP may be caching the patch file. This situation typically is resolved automatically over time.

Why am I lagging?
"Lag" or "Latency" is a broad term that can be applied to a number of different issues. If your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements, you may experience client-side lag that may be resolved by upgrading your hardware. Network latency is a factor of your bandwidth, local network software and hardware configuration, and geographical distance from both the game server and in some circumstances, the players in your match.

My game crashed, I got an error message, something really weird happened. Help!
Please take a screenshot of any error messages or visual anomalies you have encountered if possible. Next, please write down what you were doing when the issue occurred, as this will help us track it down. Finally, please submit a 1:1 Support request (from our website) with as much detail as possible so that a member of our staff can best address the issue.

I think I found a bug, what should I do?
Please report any bugs you have discovered on our game specific But Report Forums, or submit a 1:1 Support request from our website. Our Quality Assurance staff will then be able to investigate and correct the bug in question.
